Heliospace provides systems engineering, space-qualified hardware, and analysis for NASA flagship missions and private space projects, supporting everything from low-cost academic missions to planetary exploration programs. Hardware development happens at its Berkeley, California facility. Since a January 2024 reverse merger it has been the wholly owned operating subsidiary of Helio Corporation, whose shares are quoted on OTC Markets under the symbol HLEO and which is also pursuing space-based solar power.
