Overview
DZYNE Technologies designs and builds unmanned aerial systems for long-endurance surveillance and tactical missions, along with autonomous aerial delivery and counter-UAS products such as the Dronebuster line. Ondas Inc. (Nasdaq: ONDS) completed its acquisition of DZYNE in July 2026, and DZYNE now operates as part of Ondas Sentinel, the division that holds Ondas' U.S. autonomous defense businesses.
